Natural Remedies to Keep Eyes Looking Young

Of course, there is much more to looking after the delicate skin around the eyes than just eye cream.  These include diet, lifestyle and utilising natural remedies for under eye treatments.  Be sure to include leafy green vegetables as well as orange and yellow fruits in your diet as these are a valuable source of antioxidants such as Lutein and Zeaxanthin, beneficial to eye health.  Lutein-rich foods include broccoli, kale, and spinach, whilst Zeaxanthin is found in oranges, sweet peppers and tangerines, to name but a few.

Avoid frequent late nights or lack of sleep to reduce the change of dark circles and puffiness in the morning.  Drink lots of water to hydrate and keep the skin clear of pimples and blemishes, and finally, treat your eyes to a soothing, calming natural remedy using green tea bags to remove dark circles and revitalise tired eyes.   All these simple suggestions can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines, dark circles and the early signs of premature ageing.
