Joe Grooming Hair Products Review
To our great delight about a month ago, a cornucopia of goodies arrived at the Men’s Boutique office from JOE GROOMING.
If you are not familiar with this McLean, Virginia-based men’s grooming products company then you most definitely should be.
Established in 2002, they not only create great hair, skin and shave products for men but also give back to community relief non-profit organisations – not a bad combination in our book!
Men’s Skin & Hair Care Product Range
This range of men’s skincare products includes everything from hair and shave treatments to face and body products, and there’s a fragrance or two in there too! With product available in either 1-litre man-sized (shampoo only), everyday 250ml, or travel sized 50ml bottles and 200ml / 50ml tubes, JOE has also created a selection of handy skin and hair travel packs and man-sized gift sets for which you’ll find you save £s as opposed to buying each product individually. Add to this the branded t-shirt, polo shirt, shorts and other accessories and we think it’s clear that JOE GROOMING intends to become an everyday name in the men’s grooming arena, and if our experience with the product line is anything to go by then we’d say they are heading in the right direction!
JOE GROOMING product packaging & presentation is clean and simple yet stylish at the same time. Each product is clearly marked with direction for use; a long list of ingredients which include a selection of certified organic and natural elements and essential oils, and packaging is recyclable too – another bonus for the planet!
Our Experience with JOE GROOMING hair products
Over the past month, the Men’s Boutique team have been testing a selection of lotions and potions from the JOE GROOMING range and have come back with a resounding YES! We love what these guys are doing.
Here are a few Men’s Boutique favourites:
Sensitive Shampoo & Thickening Shampoo – A couple of the team have thin/fine hair and they found both these shampoo’s made a huge difference to not only the thickness of their hair but also manageability. And with the use of the daily conditioner hair styled perfectly!
Daily Conditioner – this is a clear favourite with most of us at Manscape. First off it has a refreshing minty fragrance – that’ll be the peppermint oil, and there’s tea tree leaf oil in there too! As you run this product through you hair you feel it take effect immediately. Like your hair is getting a deep moisturising treatment but surprisingly the product is very light, so you don’t get a sticky residue, just beautifully conditioned hair.
JOE ONE – Cleansing & Aiding the Community All in One Wash!
As mentioned previously, JOE is dedicated to aiding the community. How they do this is for every bottle of JOE ONE (an all-in-one body, face and hair wash) sold, they donate the same to non-profit community organisations like food banks, shelters and similar local support groups. Like all JOE creations, it’s a light body/hair wash that’s scented with Japanese peppermint, making it beautifully refreshing. Perfect for a quick ‘pick-me-up’ in the morning, or a gentle refresh in the evening after a long day at the office.
With so many other great products within the JOE GROOMING range, we’ll be reviewing a few more products in detail in future articles. However, if you can’t wait for that then visit the JOE GROOMING website to find out more about their hairstyling pomades, gels, creams and sprays, as well as their wonderfully hydrating moisturiser, and shaving cream too.
Natural, Organic & Environmentally Friendly!
There’s so much more to Joe than initially meets the eye! Simply put, JOE GROOMING has created a men’s skin and hair-care range that simply works! There are no fake fragrances or obnoxious aromas; everything about JOE GROOMING is organic, from the eco-friendly packaging to the certified organic and natural ingredients – these guys have got it right.
With online stores in UK, USA, New Zealand and Europe everyone can now get to sample the great natural products created by JOE GROOMING.
