Developed, designed and manufactured in the UK, Body Armour Skincare is the debut skincare range from business partners Tom Walkden (sales & marketing) and Stacey Irving, (a cosmetic scientist and technical director) at Ultimate Body Care Limited. Targeting both Men and Women, their skincare product range is Paraben-free incorporating natural moisturising ingredients to hydrate, moisturise, and nourish, particularly effective following a body treatment!
Presentation and Design:
The Body Armour range is presented in a masculine and stylish, modern recyclable aluminium packaging, using effective pump-action containers for ease of use allows one to dispense the appropriate amount of product, without waste!

Ingredients: 
Natural ingredients include:
Aloe Vera, an anti-inflammatory and non-greasy moisturiser
Avocado Oil, high in lecithin to protect the skin, and sterolin to soften and moisturise.
Babassu Oil, a non-drying vegetable oil from the seeds of the Babassu Palm (Attalea Speciosa) offering exceptional moisturising benefits.
Cocoa Butter, an extract of the Cocoa seed, its high concentrate of natural fats has made it a natural moisturising product for centuries.
Shea Butter extracted from the nut of the Shea tree, a natural anti-oxidant providing healing, and moisturising benefits.
Vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant for protection.
Wheat germ Oil, isVitamin rich in A, E & D, providing moisture but also soothing irritated and dry skin
Body Armour Product Range:
The Body Armour Ultimate Skincare Protection range includes four products:
- Body Lotion – 150ml – £15
- Face Cream – 50 ml – £18
- Hand Cream – 100ml – £15
- Body Butter – 100ml – £15
Each product offers the same refreshing natural fragrance ideal for both men and women, it’s subtle yet fruity and soothing (aromatically) all at the same time. Suitable for all skin types, the body lotion, face cream and hand cream can all be applied immediately onto the skin. However, the body butter does require a little work, warming to body temperature before application for best results… a matter of seconds!
Results:
We tested each of the four products over a two week period. These are our findings:
Body Lotion:
They’ve got the consistency of the body lotion just right. It’s on the lighter side but one immediately feels the hydrating effects as it’s gently massaged into the skin. Non-greasy and no sticky residue make it perfect for everyday use. Had a little trouble dispensing the last inch of product from the canister but managed to shake it out in the end!
Face Cream:
Love this face cream. It appears light but ones’ skin feels almost taught once it’s been applied, giving the feeling of immediate nourishment and hydration. The skin of your face really receives a good ‘drink’ here. A little goes a long way!
Hand Cream:
Another one we’d use on a regular basis. Again, the product feels light, but following application one can really feel it going to work on the dry skin of the hands, protecting and soothing all at the same time. Provide your hands with a real ‘wake-up’ call… very refreshing.
Body Butter:
Though we love the fresh fragrance and thickness of this product, it took us a while to get comfortable with it. If applied to smaller areas of the body it does work well, and we can see the benefits of using following a wax or exfoliation. However, if you love to slather yourself in body butter, then this is not the product for you. It was recommended that we give it a try after-shaving, we felt it did not stand-up when compared to other similar products. It worked well when used on the feet and left them feeling softened.
